Who we are. The Originals Sixties Band ("we") is a live music act based in Stockport, Greater Manchester. Contact: Craig Hallsworth, theoriginalsbandbookings@gmail.com, 07899 294169.

Booking enquiries. If you send an enquiry through this website, by email or by phone, we use your name, contact details and event information to reply and, if you book, to manage the booking. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract.

Business contacts. We contact venues, clubs, agencies, promoters and event organisers about booking the band. We use business contact details that the organisation has published (for example on its website), or that were given to us, because we have a legitimate interest in offering live entertainment to organisations that book it. We only email organisations without prior consent where the law allows this. Every message tells you who we are and how to opt out. If you ask us to stop, we'll add you to a "do not contact" list so you're not contacted again.

Where we got your details. If we contacted you first, we got your business contact details from a public source such as your organisation's website, social media page or a public directory. The source is recorded in our booking database.

How long we keep it. Enquiry and outreach records are kept for up to 3 years from our last contact, then deleted. Booking and invoice records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely so that we can honour them.

Who we share it with. We don't sell or share your details. Our website host (Cloudflare), our enquiry-form service (FormSubmit, which forwards website enquiries to our email) and our email provider (Google) process data on our behalf.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to our use of it (including direct marketing) at any time, by contacting us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
